1925 Wills Life in the Tree Tops Cigarette Card Album Complete 50 Card Set Vintage

Original Wills’s Cigarette Picture-Card Album containing the complete Life in the Tree Tops series of 50 cigarette cards, issued by W.D. & H.O. Wills in 1925.

A lovely surviving piece of early 20th-century tobacco and natural history memorabilia, with all 50 illustrated cards still housed in the original period album. The series features beautifully coloured images of birds, bats and other tree-dwelling wildlife, including long-eared bats, noctule bats, buzzards and nesting birds.

The original album retains its decorative printed cover, handwritten “Life in the Tree Tops” title and the wonderful “Price One Penny” wording to the bottom.

Over 100 years old and increasingly appealing as a complete original set rather than individual loose cards.

Condition is consistent with age, with general wear, marks, ageing and some edge wear to the album. Cards appear very well preserved overall with strong colour. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the condition description.
